Terms and Conditions for Use of E-Mail Election

Introduction
Thank you for your interest in using E-Mail
Election (the "Service"). By using the Service,
you agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions. If you wish not to be bound by the
following terms and conditions, your exclusive
remedy is not to use the Service.
E-Mail Election, in its sole discretion, may
modify or revise these terms and conditions at any
time by updating this web page, and you agree to
be bound by these modifications or revisions.
Although we will attempt to notify you via your
email address when major changes are made, you
should visit this page periodically to review the
terms.

Use of Material
The contents within the Service are protected by
copyright and other laws in both the United
States and elsewhere. The Service includes all
content owned or controlled by the Singularity
Solutions, Inc..

Prohibited Content
The Service reserves the right to immediately
terminate any customer's account, if the Service
determines, in its sole discretion, that this
customer's account contains inappropriate language.
If the customer who's account has been terminated,
has already paid the account fee, that fee will
be refunded in full.

General
Access to the Materials may not be legal by
certain persons or in certain countries. If you
access the Service from outside of the United
States, you are responsible for compliance with
the laws of your jurisdiction.
All legal issues arising from or related to the
use of the Service shall be construed in
accordance with and determined by the laws of the
State of Washington, United States of America,
without regard to it conflict of laws principles.
By using this Service, you agree that the
exclusive forum for the bringing of any claims or
causes of action arising out of or relating to
your use of this Service is the United States
District Court for the Western District of
Washington, or if such court lacks subject matter
jurisdiction, the state courts of Washington
encompassed within the geographic scope of the
Western District of Washington. You hereby
accept and submit to the jurisdiction of such
court in any such proceeding or action, and
irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, any objection which you may now
or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of
any such action or proceeding brought in such a
court and any claim that any such action or
proceeding brought in such a court has been
brought in an inconvenient forum.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is
found to be invalid by any court having competent
jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining
provisions of this agreement, which shall remain
in full force and effect. No waiver of any term
of this agreement shall be deemed a further or
continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Except as expressly provided in a particular
"Legal Notice" on particular web pages, this
agreement and its referenced parts constitutes
the entire agreement between you and Singularity
Solutions, Inc. with respect to the use of the
Service.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED (AS IS) AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY.
THE SELLER'S SALEPERSONS MAY HAVE MADE STATEMENTS
ABOUT THE SERVICE. ANY SUCH STATEMENTS DO NOT
CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE RELIED ON
BY THE BUYER IN DECIDING WHETHER TO USE THE
SERVICE.
THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. BECAUSE OF THE
DIVERSITY OF CONDITIONS AND HARDWARE UNDER WHICH
THE SERVICE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER IS
ADVISED TO TEST THE SERVICE THOROUGHLY BEFORE
RELYING ON IT. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE
RISK OF USING THE SERVICE. ANY LIABILITY OF SELLER
OR MANUFACTURER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO A
REFUND OF THE SERVICE FEE ALREADY PAID.
